TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S.)
GENERAL
- NSFW commissions are ONLY +18. If you request one, it means that you are declaring to be of legal age.
- Prices can change according to the complicity and extra details. Please, ask me first.
- Prices are subject to change according to demand.
- You can request for yours commission to be posted as "anonymous".
- Private commissions: this means it will be an extra charge (+50 USD)COMMISSIONS
- I only accept commission on Twitter and Discord.
- Please be as specific as you can.
- Send me the physical characters description, references about pose and expressions. Detailed clothes, elements (…)
- Reference pictures are the best.
- I DON’T DO: lolicon or shotacon, r4pe, extreme or forced sex, scat, gore (and there's more tag I don’t know the name, so you have to ask first)PAYMENT
- PayPal only.
- I will send you a payment request/invoice. Please don’t send me any payment before.
- Commissions must be paid 100% in advance.
- Please, NEVER write NSFW or any related on any transaction on PayPal.CHANGES
- You can request changes only in the first two sketches. Please remember be as specific as you can.
- If you want change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to
change it (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made).
- Changes after being sent the finished commission will be charged.DELIVERY
- Commission varies 1 week - 2 weeks depending on the complexity, other works, and my rest time. If I need more time, I’ll tell you!
- Extra complexity commission takes more time. Ask me first.
- Commissioner will receive a JPG/PNG high resolution image via e-mail (It’s not a physical product).
- If you need the piece in a higher resolution, please let me know before we begin the commission.COPYRIGHT & PERMISSIONS
I, NagaiNo / Nagainosfw (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason (please check the cancelations terms)
- I reserve the right to increase the price based on complexity of the commission.
- I retain all copyrights over the artwork itself (not necessarily the characters there in).
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.You (the customer/commissioner):
- You are allowed to post the commission on any website and social channels.
- You can NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints or any type of commercialization) or claiming the artwork as your own.
- You can NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent. You also can’t remove my signing/logo/watermark or modify the art to sell.
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).COMMERCIAL PURPOSES & RIGHTS
- Commissioners do not have permission to sell the artwork in any shape or form (physical merchandise, digital downloads or any way).
- Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial work the price would be an extra of the commission price, please ask me directly.CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY
- The buyer is allowed to refund only at the sketch stage, discounting the price of the sketch.
- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the Line Art phase.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, don’t request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
